Insight invites researchers to submit research proposals that will provide new knowledge on patient safety and patient-clinician relationships. Our aim is to support high quality original research in the areas where:

• When it comes to generating new knowledge we know that innovative opportunities can be generated when researchers from different academic disciplines collaborate and involve patients and stakeholders in the research.there is the potential for greatest impact
• there is a need to develop the evidence for improvement
• the findings are most likely to inspire improvement in the quality of care.

Our open call focuses on two areas:

• Patient safety
• Patient-clinician relationships.
