If you are concerned about Intellectual Property (IP) relating to European funded projects, the European IPR Helpdesk has recently published a new factsheet on IP management in Marie Curie Actions (MCA).

The IP Management in MCA factsheet outlines the main IP-related issues that participants applying to MCA calls should consider during the different stages of their projects. The specific rules of the grant agreement related to IP are explained, as well as the content of other agreements commonly used in MCA, with some model Consortium Agreements suggested.
