The AHRC is establishing a new Research Careers and Training Advisory Group to provide advice on postgraduate support and career development for researchers and on future strategy in these areas.

The AHRC wish to establish a Group with a broad range of experience and expertise and are inviting individuals with an interest in this area to apply for membership of the Group.  All members must have an active interest in researcher development issues and they will be looking for a balance of different perspectives.  Further information on the Group and an application form can be found under the Research careers and training webpages.  The closing date for applications is Friday 5 October 2012.
