The Institute for Small Business and Entrepreneurship, in collaboration with the Economic and Social Research Council and Barclays Bank, invites applications for its research and knowledge exchange fund grants.
These grants aim to support new research activities from academics, third sector organisations, consultants and practitioners with the ambition of drawing together and generating an entrepreneurial community of practice to facilitate knowledge exchange and transfer. For the 2012 call, critical theme of interest is exploring processes and possibilities of SME internationalisation. A number of grants of around £10,000 to £12,000 will be awarded.
The closing date for applications is 5 p.m. Friday 15th June 2012 with notifications of awards given by mid September.
