The British Academy has recently opened a new call for applications for the Senior Research Fellowship scheme, funded by the Leverhulme Trust, which provides a period of research leave for up to one year to established scholars to enable them to complete a major piece of research.
The Academy does not take into account an applicant’s age or current status (such as Professor or Lecturer) in determining eligibility.
The closing date for applications is 16 November 2011.
