I’ve updated the funding calendar on the blog. It now looks like this:

It shows deadlines for FP7 (in yellow), Non-FP (in green), Research Councils (in brown), Postgrad funding (in orange), and Travel funding (in purple). You can click on individual events to find out more details and there’s a link to the relevant ResearchProfessional page for further information.

I’ve blogged about how to do this before, but in summary: I created several Google calendars – one for each type of funding deadline I wanted to display. I made all of them publicly available on the web to ensure I could embed them in the blog. I then ran several searches on ResearchProfessional, and imported the resulting .ics calendar files into Google calendar.
