The UROS scheme for 2009 was officially opened to all UL academic staff today (18-02-09). This scheme aims to enhance the links between teaching and research in the undergraduate curriculum by providing students with the opportunity to undertake a research project.  The award provides students with a stipend of up to £1500 per project.  Application forms and guidance notes are available on the UROS site:  http://www.lincoln.ac.uk/cerd/uros.htm.

Completed applications are to be sent via email to cerd@lincoln.ac.uk. A hard copy must also be submitted to Professor Mike Neary, Centre for Educational Research and Development. The deadline is noon, March 6th, 2009. Applications will be reviewed by panel on March 10th, 2009. Successful applicants will be informed shortly after.
