The ICT Proposer’s Day in Budapest on January 22nd 2009 which will provide a great opportunity to network with other potential applicants for the fourth call of the ICT work programme. Call 4 includes topics on including robotics, networks, ICT for energy efficiency, ICT for health, and ageing, and the deadline is 1st April 2009. Getting involved with an existing consortium is a good way to start tapping in to EU funding.

Description: The Information Society and Media Directorate General is holding an ICT Proposers’ Day in Budapest on 22 January 2009. The event, organised in collaboration with the Hungarian National Office for Research and Technology, is aimed at those planning to apply for funding from the ICT Work Programme 2009-10, with a view to enabling the development of project partnerships and networking.

Everyone who is interested in responding to calls for proposals for projects in the field of ICT. Budapest is the right place to bring well targeted ideas and clearly defined cooperation needs together from the research and business sector. Therefore, the Event aims to connect:

- high-tech SMEs.
